There is no chess board on Chezapay. You and your opponent stake the same amount, play the game wherever you normally play it, and upload proof of the result. The two stakes sit in escrow until the result is settled.
001 How it works
Stake it, play it, prove it

Open or join a competition
Set an entry fee, or take one another player has already opened. The fee leaves your wallet the moment you commit.

Agree the game
Settle the time control and where you are playing with your opponent. Chezapay does not host the board for chess.

Upload the result
Post a screenshot or a clip of the finished game on the competition page. Your opponent can dispute what you post.
04
Get paid
Once the result is settled the escrow releases and the winner is credited in their Chezapay wallet.
